The parcels will be sold on the basis of lump sum sealed bids.  Bids should be submitted separately for these parcels. 

Bids will be opened at the administrative offices of Potlatch Forest Products Corporation, located at 810 West Pine Street in Warren at 1:30 A.M., Wednesday, November 9, 2005.  Anyone submitting a bid is welcome to attend the bid opening.  Mailed bids should be addressed to Curtis Blankinship, P.O. Box 390, Warren, AR 71671 with “Bid on Land Sale” clearly marked in the lower left corner of the envelope to protect the security of the bid.  Telephone bids from buyers may be delivered via fax at 870-226-2182. All faxed bids will be acknowledged.  Please await confirmation that your faxed bid has been received.  A bid form is provided for the convenience of prospective buyers --- BID FORM. Anyone submitting a bid for the purchase of the property will be provided with a summary of bid results.
